There are several of these out there already. This quick reference was compiled during administration of databases to support a websphere application with an JMS type messaging component. This also includes non-SqlPlus references.
This resource is for Centos-Linux (RedHat Clone), though references should be directly applicable to all flavours of Unix. All these commands were tested on a full oracle 11g R2 installation. I'm afraid you won't find any Windows here, but why on earth would you want to deploy an oracle database on windows anyway? Unless, perhaps its the express edition for development.
